Hi Hanan,

Sorry, the link to the page describing how to use those results was broken. I've fixed the datamonkey script to output the updated link which is Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login Login

Hi Sergei,
Thank you for the response. The TableGenerator.bf  script is looking for a .fel file which does not exist in DEPS results. Quote:
/usr/local/lib/hyphy/Batch file to run::TableGenerator.bf

/usr/local/lib/hyphy/Select the protein alignment to process:pm3
[SET TRUNK PATH TO /usr/local/lib/hyphy/pm3]
[COMPUTED SITE-BY-SITE BASE COMPOSITIONS]
Error:
/usr/local/lib/hyphy/pm3.fel could not be opened for reading by fscanf. Path stack: {/usr/local/lib/hyphy/,/usr/local/lib/hyphy/}

Function call stack
1 : Read the following data from fileName : Lines into inData;
-------
2 : FEL_matrix=(ReadCSVTable(trunkPath+".fel",1))[1]

Is it the right bf file? Should I change something in the file?
Thank you
