Integration of DEPS and codon based selction detection methods

Hello
I would like to analyse my data with codon based selction detection methods such as REL and then to translate the same data to protein and use it in DEPS. Is there a way to continue with the same upload to do both analyses? It would be a great help since running GARD for each upload takes it's time.
