How does one input a tree into Datamonkey? (Read 4397 times)

Jun 5^th, 2012 at 8:02am Hi HyPhy community, I want to run analyses on Datamonkey with a user-specified tree instead of a neighbor-joining tree. Is this possible? If so, how does one input such a tree? Thanks, Dan.

Hi Dan,

This is not only possible, but in fact, encouraged. All you need to do is include a tree in the alignment file, as shown in Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!! You need to
