Running evolutionary fingerprinting in HyPhy
Jun 5th, 2012 at 11:56am

Hi HyPhy community,

I want to run the evolutionary fingerprinting analysis on a set of 15 genes in HyPhy (rather than Datamokey) and I am wondering if there is an updated pipeline of scripts that need to be run sequentially for this analysis.

Likewise, is there a way to run FUBAR on a small set of genes in HyPhy rather than Datamonkey?  I mean, what is/are the script(s) to run for FUBAR?

Thanks!
Dan.

Hi Dan,

Since you have an account on the cluster, you can run both (the pipelines are a bit daunting); FUBAR is still experimental, so I would hold off on running it until we iron out some implementation details (a few weeks).
