Branchsite REL crash

Hello,

I've downloaded HyPhy on my Mac (v10.7.4). When I run Branch-site REL analysis, during Phase 2 HyPhy crashes. Because I can successfully run the same nexus file on the datamonkey server, I don't think the problem is with my file. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi there,

OS Lion (10.7) had some issues (out of my control) which caused some multi-threaded programs (including HyPhy) to crash.
You should disable multiprocessing (Preferences->Multiple Processors->CPUs to Load-> set to 1); this will most likely fix the problem.
