Error while using singlebreakpoint.bf

Hey everyone,

I just got an error while using singlebreakpoint.bf. I uploaded my nucl alignments in fasta format. When I save the results I got the following error (example file worked fine for me). Can someone help where I am making mistake Sad

An error occurred:
Node names should begin with a letter, a number, or an underscore. Had:ma_16g,P_vu_1011439)),lja_24.?10.),(C_ca_37132,((G_ma_07g1942, Current operation/job has been terminated.

I got this error. My file had one sequence with alternative splice variant, i.e. sequence name ends with .1 (XXX.1). When I removed the .1 everything seems to be working fine.

Please take a look at how to prepare data for analysis with HyPhy/Datamonkey: section 2.3.2 of Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login Login and Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login Login
The issue about sequence naming is specifically mentioned there.
