ESD/EVF Methods in HyPhy

I'm probably just not seeing it, but are these methods explicitly implemented in HyPhy?

If so , what bf do I need to be using in order use them?

If not , anyone have a resource that might help a scrub get started on the analysis ?

Hi Dylan,

There is a standard analysis to fit the general bivariate model to an individual data set (see screenshot); this estimate forms the basis of ESD.
If you run the corresponding processor file, it will generate a postscript file with the evolutionary fingerprint estimate.

I never put the ESD calculation scripts into the HyPhy distribution: they exist as standalone files. Do you want me to dig them up and send you the files?

Sergei

If it wouldn't be too much trouble I'd greatly appreciate you digging up the old scripts.
