BS-REL update

Dear Sergei,

Can I ask if BS-REL in Datamonkey has been updated?
As BS-REL could detect episodic diversifying selection in my dataset in Feb, 2012. But now, no branches found to be under episodic diversifying selection when I re-analyse it using the same set of alignment.

And the episodic selection is reproducible using HYPHY 2.1.2.

Hi Lun,

The version of BS-REL on Datamonkey SHOULD be the same, but I'll confirm. My guess would be that one of the two versions does not converge properly.
Do you have a tree on >30 taxa with lots of short branches, by any chance?
