User-supplied tree for Datamonkey-based analysis
Mar 20th, 2013 at 7:17am

Hello:

I have seen in a few publications that users describe submitting a custom tree as part of a selection analysis (such as MEME or SLAC). On the analysis parameter specification page I see a "use NJ tree" option with a radio button but clicking on the button does nothing. I'm using Firefox 19.0.2 to access the page. Is this a browser-based problem or does the option to use one's own tree for selection analysis not exist?

Cheers,
Kurt
