hi
1. go to

analyse ur data

tab at top, click
2. browse ur file, default- codon & universal code will be selected.
3. click

upload

tab at bottom
4. a page appear, stating file is successfully uploadled, then
5. at bottom

proceed to analysis menu

present, click it
6. a page appear titled analysis option, in that

Method

option is there, click dropdown menu, it list all the method, from that select GARD
7. click

run

hope it helps u, I am also running GARD analysis.
