Unzip the archive. WinXP standard decompression doesn't always like the archive,
but WinZip does! When decompressing with WinZip, make sure that the "Use folder names"
option is enabled.

To install HYPHY:

Unzip the archive.
-
Run sh build.sh for a list of available build options. Requires libcurl, libssl, libcrypto,
pthread and or mpich libraries for multithreaded and MPI builds.
Run sh gtk_build.sh to build a GTK+ GUI version of HyPhy. Requires GTK+ (v 2.2.4 or better), libcurl, libssl, libcrypto,
pthread and or mpich libraries for multithreaded and MPI builds.
