UNIX If you installed Hy-Phy in your home directory, execute the command HYPHYKernel from the prompt. If Hy-Phy is installed in a shared directory in your system, the system administrator should have set up a HYPHY alias which can be used to start up the program. If you wish to run Hy-Phy from a directory other than its installation directory, execute the command 'path to Hy-Phy/HYPHYKernel BASEPATH=path to Hy-Phy'.
