Macintosh and Windows Standard analyses can be accessed via the Analysis menu. A dialog box which contains the list of currently available analyses will appear and you can select an item from the list. There will also be a brief description of each item in the list for you to peruse. For complete details of what each standard analysis does, refer to the relevant topics in Hy-Phy documentation. Note that if the standard analyses dialog box comes up empty, the most likely cause is that Hy-Phy can't find its TemplateBatchFiles folder, which should be in the same folder as Hy-Phy itself.
