Junk MLEs reported by ModelTest.bf.

Description: When running ModelTest from
Standard Analyses, in some cases, the MLEs displayed
for the model were a permutation of the correct MLEs.
This doesn't affect the validitiy of model selection,
just the reported MLEs at the end of the analysis.
This bug affects all platforms.
Fix: Replace the file 'ModelTest.bf' in 'TemplateBatchFiles'
within the HyPhy directory with this file.

Custom Nucleotide model malfunctions with NJ tree search - infinite loop.

Description: When running Neighbor Joining standard analysis on
nucleotide data with Custom model selected, the analysis enters an
infinite loop. This bug affects all platforms.
Fix: Replace the file 'custm4x4.mdl' in 'TemplateBatchFiles/TemplateModels'
within the HyPhy directory with this file.
