Description:Expands the selection of models available in
PositiveSelection.bf
to include a class of models which cross MG94 with any of the 203 time
reversible nucleotide models. Also, prints out posterior rate class probabilities
for each site to the output file.
Version: Applies to version 0.95beta..
Installation: Replace the file 'PositiveSelection.bf' in 'TemplateBatchFiles'
within the HyPhy directory with this file.
