Welcome to simonfrost.com!

I work at the Antiviral Research Center, part of the University of California, San Diego.

My research interests include:

  • Viral dynamics and evolution
  • Biostatistics, especially spline smoothing and Bayesian methods
  • Sequence analysis and phylogenetic methods
  • Individual based modelling

Software projects

I'm involved (in varying degrees) in several software projects, mainly using the excellent Python language. I'll link these in soon.
