Model Selection Window
Aug 12th, 2006 at 5:59pm

Dear wise counsel:

Here comes a nimrod question from a neophyte:
In the Model Selection Window (using the model selection tool), the vertical column of the best-fit model reads To/From A,C,C,C.  Is this supposed to read A,C,G,T?  I'm back to square one if that's not the case.
thanks for taking a moment to clarify and/or send me back to my general state of confusion,
-Eben

Dear Eben,

It should indeed read A,C,G,T; thanks for pointing out the bug - I'll fix it in the next build.

Best,
Sergei

Dear Eben,

I fixed the Model Selection output on datamonkey.org to correctly read A,C,G,T in the 'From' (vertical) column of the best model found.

Thanks for reporting this again.

Cheers,
Sergei
