running GA branch
Oct 5th, 2006 at 11:05am

Hello,

I have run the GA branch method in the past but now when I get to the datamonkey website I can not figure out how to run this specific analysis again.  I feel a little silly about it but any help in clearing the fog would be appreciated

Dear Tessa,

Try Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login Login

I should probably link the GA branch analysis on the main datamonkey.org page as well.

Cheers,
Sergei

Thanks for the reply.  I had bookmarked the wrong website, obviously.

I have another inquiry.  I started a job today and noticed that I am behind a job that was started over the weekend.  Is the system running okay?  I am patient and only ask because in my experience runs do not last so long.

thanks again,  Tessa

Dear Tessa,

The system is running fine as far as I can tell. Some GABranch jobs can take a couple of days, depending on how quickly the algorithm converges.

Cheers,
Sergei
