Batch mode in Win32 HYPHY

Dear all,

I found the Win32 version of HYPHY (v0.9920070619beta)(MP) does not accept running in commandline with argument (batch mode). When I type "hyphy.exe a.bf" in command prompt, it just pop up the GUI interface as usual without automatically running the a.bf in the command prompt.

Any idea to do batch mode running in Win32 Hyphy?

Posts: 1658 UCSD Gender:	Re: Batch mode in Win32 HYPHY Reply #1 - Jan 31^st, 2008 at 7:36am Dear Tommy, You can either put a Linux layer (e.g. Cygwin or MinGW) on a Windows machine and run HyPhy as a UNIX command line tool, or use the GUI version and go through the menus (File->Open->Open Batch File).
