GARD error: unable to delete file (Read 3606 times)

I am trying to run GARD, but I always get following message after proceeding to analysis setup: Error: Unable to delete file /Library/WebServer/Documents/DataMonkey/spool/upload.817471121721360.1.ps: No such file or directory What is wrong with my data? Unfortunately, I don't have access privileges to the Library in Sergei's tree. Undecided

I wasn't able to replicate your problem either. The only thing that I can suggest for now is to use a different web browser and try submitting your job again. Alternatively, you can send me your file by e-mail and I'll upload it to GARD from here.

The problem was probably just in the titles of the sequences. I created new data file with the titles changed to numbers and now it works well. Thanks, dejsha.

Hi Dejsha,

It turns out that GARD doesn't process sequence headers that contain pipes ('|'). This can be resolved by swapping out the pipes for underscores ('_'). I don't know why this results in the error messages that it does, however, so there's still something wrong with the web script. Thanks for providing the file and bringing this to my attention.
