Hi
Using Gard on data consisting of 364 sequences each having 666 nucleotide sites, I got "ERROR: Too few sites for c-AIC inference." What can I do in such situation?
Thanks,
Elyrajo

Dear Elyrajo,

You can screen subsets of your sequences (I would recommend ~ 50).
The reason for c-AIC is that you need a minimum number of characters
to infer a tree topology on 364 sequences.

Cheers,
Sergei
