6 character model designation
Apr 29th, 2008 at 11:00am

Hello
I'm using DatedTips with a custom model. Some of my data fit HKY model, so I had used the "6 character model designation" as 010010; but how do this "code" is "encoded"? what do mean each position? How can I tell HyPhy that my data in fact fits a Tamura Nei Model?
Thanks...
