Codon begins at 2 on CVS? GARD *** p-value?
Aug 19th, 2009 at 1:14pm

Just ran some tests on the datamonkey server using the provided sample pol.nex.

Found a couple things perplexing:

(1) FEL: codon numbering begins at 2 on the CVS list. That makes it necessary to shift by 1 to reconcile with main web output or the HTML list.

(2) GARD: the Help stamp for Significance shows identical p-value for ** and ***.

Dear lins1,

Thanks for pointing out the bugs. I fixed the two issues that you reported; please let me know if you find others.
