Where are the example data and batch files mentioned in Estimating Selectin pressures on coding sequences documentation in the Windows version 2.0. for example on page 23, it mentions BranchAPriori.bf (not in the batch templates folder) and Primate Lysozyme data set.  In fact I see no example data files when unzipeed

They are all online Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login Login
You can also access BranchAPriori (and other analyses from the chapter) by opening "Standard Analyses:Miscellaneous:Phylohandbook.bf"

  I am kind of anal about following the manual and couldn't find the p51.nex file in the data zip file. Is it somewhere else. thanks

Hi Steve,

p51.nex used to be in the package distribution itself, and somehow disappeared. Thanks for alerting me to this issue. I will make sure the example files are included in the HyPhy distribution once again.

In the meantime, I am attaching the file for your convenience.
