GARD Error?
Jun 1st, 2011 at 3:09pm

Hello,
I have tried to process GARD results twice using HYPHYMPI 65 and I have gotten errors each time:

KH Testing partition 1
Tree 2 base LRT = 148.916. p-value = Error:

Master node received an error:Operation 'MAccess' is not implemented/defined for a Number

Function call stack
1 : resMx1[k]=+(resampled[0][-1])
-------
2 : textMx=testLRT(partTreeConds,otherPartTree,khIterations)%0
-------
[0] MPI Abort by user Aborting program !
[0] Aborting program!
p0_96150:  p4_error: : 1
p1_96163:  p4_error: interrupt SIGx: 13
p6_96173:  p4_error: net_recv read:  probable EOF on socket: 1
p5_96171:  p4_error: net_recv read:  probable EOF on socket: 1
p8_96177:  p4_error: net_recv read:  probable EOF on socket: 1
p7_96175:  p4_error: net_recv read:  probable EOF on socket: 1
p48_96257:  p4_error: net_recv read:  probable EOF on socket: 1
p47_96255:  p4_error: net_recv read:  probable EOF on socket: 1

I have used the .nex file and the out_splits file as input. The .nex file is the same that I used to generate the initial GARD results. Thanks!

Hi Crystal,

Try now. I inadvertently introduced a bug into GARDProcessor.bf recently. Also, you can run it through HYPHYMP (not HYPHYMPI), because this file does not make use of MPI.

Thank for looking at this. There is now a different error:

KH Testing partition 1
Tree 2 base LRT = 152.981. p-value = Error:
Incompatible Operands Exiting...

Function call stack
1 : resMx=(resMx1-resMx2)*2
-------
2 : textMx=testLRT(partTreeConds,otherPartTree,khIterations)%0
