Question of Bayes Factor

Hi Sergei,
In Hyphy,I do the REL analysis by using dNdSRateAnalysis.bf .In order to find positive selection sites,I choose the threshold for the Bayes Factor as 20.It run well and I find the positive selection sites. However I can't see the Bayes Factor of every site.How could I know the value of Bayes Factor of all site ?

Hi Linxi,

If you use dNdSRateAnalysis.bf, select "Positive Selection" option from "Available Actions", and then "Bayes Factor" from "Detection Method". The resulting tables will report Log Bayes Factors for each site.
