Problem of download some files of hyphy docs (Read 2003 times)

Posts: 3	Problem of download some files of hyphy docs Jan 17^th, 2012 at 4:07am Hi Sergei, I couldn't find the data files of GUI Example in HYPHY Documentation. And I find that the format'.cod' couldn't be recognized in HYPHY. Besides , making all long sequence names shorter at a stretch is a big problem,too. Need your help,thank you so much!

Thank you for your resources,Sergei.I am so sorry that I didn't replied in time because I had gone back home to spend the Spring Festival.And I got the problem"making all long sequence names shorter at a stretch"in the document of Hyphy named'Selection Analyses',which should be practiced in the section 2.3.3.
