User Tree in branch site REL

Hi !

It seemed to me that we could run a branch site REL analysis providing our own tree instead of using the proposed NJ tree. But the option is not (no longer ?) available in the "Analysis Options" menu. Can you help me on this ?

Hi Raquel,

The option should still be available. My guess is that datamonkey did not recognize the tree included in the file when you uploaded it.
Can you attach the file here for me to look at (or e-mail it to me)?
