Noninteractive mode (Read 2879 times)

mahajrod YaBB Newbies Offline Curious HyPhy user Posts: 3	Noninteractive mode Mar 22^nd, 2014 at 7:25am Good day. Is it possible to run HyPhy (FUBAR) in noninteractive mode? or i have to edit HBL files? I have not found anything about it in wiki.

See an example (SLAC, but FUBAR is conceptually the same) at Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!! You need to Login Note that HYPHY_BASE_DIRECTORY in those examples should now be replaced with HYPHY_LIB_DIRECTORY Sergei
