MOLECULAR CLOCK ALL ROOTS
Oct 18th, 2006 at 6:27am

Dear Sergei,

When I use the last version of Hyphy (21st of september 2006), I face a problem with the MolecularclockAllroots module in the Standard Analysis. After correctly testing the internal nodes, the following message error appears: 'clockTree. Tz3* is already being used - please rename one of the two variables. Current BL Command Build Tree clock from string atRerootedTree Current task has been terminated'.

The same task was performed with the same data file  in earlier HYPHY version without facing this problem, for instance the one of the 6th of June 2006.

Please let me know if am unclear. With many thanks for your help. Best Regards. Denis.

* Tz3 is the name of the first taxon of the tree in the newick chain.
