How estimating dN/dS from only the sequences

Hello Sergei,

I have a question about how I can to estimate dN/dS from only the sequences (without the tree). Is it possible?
I know that in datamonkey software the input file needs the sequences and the tree.

Ok, now I'm finding that isnīt necessary to introduce the tree in the input file to estimate dN/dS.  The software runs with just the sequences.

Dear Miguel,

Datamonkey still needs the tree, but if you don't give it one, the program will builds a neighbor joining tree.
