Problem with MPI

Hi,

I am new to hyphy and have compiled hyphy using the MPI flag, but when I try to do a recombination analysis with GARD I still get the error:

[ERROR] This analysis requires an MPI environment to run

Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Rachael,

Compiling HYPHYMPI is not sufficient; you also need to start the command in the MPI environment. Take a look at Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login Login for some examples.
