I have grown find of looking at the Normalized dN-dS output from the FEL test using Datamonkey- but cannot seem to get a similar output when running HYPHY locally..

I get, dN, dS, dN/dS, dN=dS, LRT, p-value, and Full Log(L)..

How can I tell HYPHY to give me this column of data in the results file?
