bf to recreate Datamonkey analyses

it sure would be nice to have a set of commands to recreate some of the datamonkey analyses on our own computers.. Does it exist somewhere?

They're all rolled into QuickSelectionDetection.bf and related "include' files. Smiley

The second part of the chapter goes through detailed instructions on how to execute SLAC, FEL, REL and a few other analyses using a local HyPhy install.
