how to do ASR by datamonkey using my own tree (Read 3087 times)

Posts: 1	how to do ASR by datamonkey using my own tree Mar 2^nd, 2011 at 5:53pm I am trying to do acestral sequence reconstruction of codon sequences by DataMonkey webpakage, however, the tree I can choose is only the default neigbor joining tree. Could you tell me how to do ASR using my own tree, or how to perform ASR by HyPhy. I am not familiar with HyPhy.Thanks a lot.

Sorry I missed your original post; Linxi is correct -- so long as the uploaded file includes a user tree (e.g. in the TREE block of a NEXUS file), it should be available for you to use in Datamonkey.
