Using HyPhy with BioPerl
Sep 10th, 2012 at 12:31pm

Hi all,

I don't know if anyone uses HyPhy with BioPerl, but I've recently added some functionality to that package to allow you to programatically call a custom batch file using BioPerl. This way you can call your batch files with alignments and trees that are the results of previous BioPerl analyses or inputs.

You can access the latest version of BioPerl at Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login Login

Hi Daisie,

This is great. Thanks! We run a Python shop at UCSD, but reaching out to BioPerl community is an awesome feature. Let me know if there is anything we can do to smooth the integration.
