GARD and PARRIS via command line HyPhy
Oct 22nd, 2013 at 1:00pm

Hi HyPhy users,

A quite simple question for which I cannot find an answer unfortunately:

Is it possible to run the GARD analysis then the PARRIS test via the command line version of HyPhy? And how to do so?

The command line version of HyPhy has been installed in the cluster we have at the university (Linux). I have found the TemplateBatchFiles directory within the cluster where GARD.bf and PARRIS.bf are but I am not sure what to do next...

What do I need to type in?
Is there any documentation about how to use this version of HyPhy??

Thanks in advance!

Best
