Prime user tree option
Jul 24th, 2013 at 12:13pm

Hello,

I want to run the PRIME analysis with the "user defined" tree option, but the analysis generates an output using a NJ tree. Other analyses run fine with the same file (e.g. MEME). Any idea?

thanks

Hi Matias,

That could be a bug in Datamonkey code. I presume you selected the User tree option on the PRIME analysis setup page?

Hi Matias,

The analyses were using User Trees; the bug was in the script that listed the tree option in the queueing page. This has now been fixed.
